    I can’t get my helix to update. Any suggestions it won’t factory reset either

    I have had excellent results with HB customer service.
    I am at a loss if you can’t do a reset.

    I only update when they add a new feature that I want. Did HB add something good?
    Makes no sense about resetting factory defeats. What are you trying?

    Mega 360 wouldn’t connect. They told me to reset. But it won’t do what they said to do. Taking it to factory in eufaula Monday
