    Default Ulterra belt issue

Anybody had belt issues with an Ulterra?

I just bought an Ulterra 112 I-link a month ago. My previous Ulterra RipTide had given me a year and half of flawless service. When I moved it to my new Storm Cat, it wouldn’t hit a lick. Nothing! I took it to HiTec and Matt tried to get it running under warranty with no luck. We were headed to Grenada in 2 days so I bought this new Terrova Ulterra. It worked perfectly at Grenada in 4 days of fishing. I have been sick for a bit and hadn’t got back onto the water until Monday. My wife and I put in on KY and fished one spot for over an hour. I stowed the motor as usual. When I went to deploy it at our second spot, the belt came loose and left the motor 1/2 deployed. I had to do a manual stow in the middle of the bay.
I took it to HiTec and Matt fixed it. I had a guide trip waiting on me and I headed to the lake. We fished about an hour and got ready to move. I stowed it as usual. When I went to deploy it at our second stop, the belt came loose from the bottom. Luckily it only deployed a few inches this time. I took it back to Hi Tec this morning.
    Anybody had an such issues?

I recently purchased an Ulterra too, but haven't' had a chance to get on the water with it yet due to work and flooding. Did they not tell you what happened to it the first time?

Belt is held at bottom by a metal piece that at matches the grooves in the belt. It is encased. In the plastic housing right above the foot. Both times it pulled out with zero damage to anything???
