    Default Ethernet

Just ordered new boat. Gonna have helix units bow/console. If I understand correctly will have to have ethernet connected to utilize waypoints from each and a single map card correct?
    Helix 9 bow/ 10 at console

You can network your helix units and share waypoints as well as viewing SI, DI,2d, temp, gps, depth. But you cannot share map and chart cards. The only electronic units from HB that networks map cards is Solix models.

Changed reply to,,I am finding out,,don’t think you can use Navionics card with link in running contours or going to waypoints.

Just make sure the lakes your fishing are in Lakemaster card and here in Indiana,,most of the lakes I fish,,Navionics has more detail than Lakemaster as I use both. Some of my lakes are not on Lakemaster also.

Follow the contour will only work with Lakemaster or Autochart / Autochart live. You may find that Navionics may be better mapping on one lake and Lakemaster better on another.

Also be aware that if you are going to connect 2 units + an Ipilot Link trolling motor you will need the 5 port switch.
