    Default Humminbird Availability

Does anyone know why there is almost no availability for Humminbird Helix units?

Rumor is there's a new model coming out in October, everyone is out of stock waiting on the new ones. Guess we will see.

My opinion is like a lot of businesses they have been affected by this virus. Everything they do is affected by employers showing up, suppliers employers doing the same. As they build in house they are still at the mercy of vendors that supply their parts. And as we have seen in all aspects of goods around the world the supply chain is all messed up.they are not only ones dealing with this problem.

If any of the parts come from China, they are out of stock. I went in bass pro in Nashville this weekend. There wasn't 50 rods in the whole store . Same thing at academy here at home. If its china related , its slim pickings

Read it on Bass Boat Central, Cray is probably closer to the truth.

I believe both are correct...LOL Most likely production of the existing models got slowed due to supplies and impact on production and they are probably working to release new models. Normally, there are units at reduced pricing after they announce new models but that may be limited as well this year. The shelves are getting bare...LOL
