    That's another bundle to spend, think I'll wait till the remote control version comes out. Pretty good idea though.

    I understand , we have been using it for a year now. Had a pole mount before, this works so much better for us

    Converted a wireless remote trolling motor to a LiveScope transducer pole. Removed all superfluous items including head and power motor/prop. Trolling motor was given to me, updated switch motor controller was ($12), and about an hours time to put it together and mount it.

    Similar to dhaire.

    Got tired of turning the stick by hand and came up with this solution.

    Hands and foot free.

    Auto pilot keeps the Livescope pointed at target as boat moves in wind.

    Can use the hand fob or the foot pedal to sweep unit when desired.
