Default Elite 7 ti start up issue

I have an Elite 7 ti touch screen that is about 2 years old. When I turn the unit on a disclaimer appears on the screen along with an agree button. I hit the agree button and the unit beeps but does not go to the sonar/gps screen. I need to continue to hit the agree button, sometimes 15-20 times before it will go to the sonar/gps screen. I've tried hitting agree once and waiting but it never goes to the sonar/gps screen. Any thoughts on what the problem is?

Sometimes weird issues like these can be attributed to low power caused by a weak battery or too small of wiring to carry the amperage needed ...

*Load testing the battery can determine battery health ...

*Temporarily connecting the unit closer to the battery can determine if your wiring may be too small ...

on the 'agree' page, if you look closely, you will see, "don't remind me again box"...check the box = nag warning ends

When the rain lets up I'll run out and check how it's wired. Pretty sure I ran a dedicated wire direct to the start battery but will double check. Battery is fairly new.
