Default Lowrance Hook2 9 TS issues

I have the stated unit and today on down image I had a fuzzy blue screen, on side image R side fuzzy blue, L side blank.

Any thoughts or suggestions? I did take the transducer off and do not see any cuts or abrasions on the cable.

Where is your transducer? Is something blocking the left side view? Is this on a kayak?

This is on a Tracker Tundra, it worked last year and probably a dozen trips this year. I might add that it also is not showing water depth.

I have a hook2 9 tripleshot. Mine was 3 months old. Called lowrance, they sent me a new transducer, problem solved. Transducer was bad from the start. The images I get now are crystal clear .

Also make sure the plugins are pushed all the way in. Mine will have that jagged look down the center like yours if its not fully pushed in the back of the unit

I eventually had to send the unit in as it was under warranty, they repaired it and I had it back in just a few days. So far it is working well
