Default Managing GPS on Humminbird Network (Fix)

My simple HB network consists of a bow mounted Helix 12 Chirp MDI GPS g2N with an AS GPS HS connected to it and at the console a Helix Mega 10 Chirp SI GPS G2N. If I set the bow mounted external AS GPS HS as fixed (checked) in network source will the waypoints marked on console Helix 10 be in relation to the external AS GPS HS on bow or the internal GPS of the Helix 10 on console ?

The waypoint will represent the location of bow As GPS HS if you have it selected as the source. So, if you are using a transom transducer, you will be introducing a boat length of extra error in the waypoint.

You could add a AS GRP GPS receiver for the console unit at transom near transducer for the recommended setup.

I really should pull the trigger on that...
