Thanks to the help here, I was able to get the direction I needed to go in order to update my Helix 7 SI G2.
One other quick question: Does the sd card need to remain in the machine, or can it be removed?
And, not looking for any coordinates or anything, but would anyone be willing to share some of the settings of your machines? I have never delved into it enough to really use it for its features. Shoot....I paid good money for the machine...might as well use it.

Agree with badbull. However, if the card is 32GB or lower, you can keep it in and use it to take screenshots.
