I think there are a bunch of companies not accepting returns currently.
After two days of trying to speak with a human and being on hold with HB for over thirty minutes each time I finally got thru to someone. I ordered the wrong Ethernet cable from them that I wanted to return. The lady I spoke with told me they are not taking returns at this time due to the virus and to keep checking their website to see when they start accepting returns again. The cable cost me over one hundred dollars. I expected better customer service from them.
I may be getting older but I refuse to grow up.
We’re not taking returns right now and our vendors aren’t either.

I can understand where HB is coming from right now not taking returns.
They are just trying to protect there workers as I believe they should.

Looks like they could send the right one and a shipping label to return wrong one at a later date . They could bill you until it's returned .

UGH!!
In this time of concern you can't be too careful , don't blame them abit ,don't think there warehouse is essential .
Leave the return in the box for a few days. Virus can't live on surfaces for more than a few days.
I think the idea is to stop shipping or potentially moving the virus around any more than necessary. Think of all the people involved and hands on just to ship one item.
