Used it this morning in a six foot flat. Could see fish swimming, some singles and some in schools. Watched a few come running to the bait and bam, got the big thump. Watched a few come to the jigs and pass on by. Could easily see my jigs with four poles spider rigging. Had it pulled in to 20 feet and was targeting fish I was seeing. Wind was terrible, spooked a lot of fish with the trolling motor. I made a mount using 1/8" aluminum, I can bend it to direct the angle up or down to see the bottom close or further in front of the boat. I think being able to adjust the downward angle is useful but not capable with the Garmin mount. I have one on order but thinking about ordering one of the mounts from the previous post that allows you to adjust the angle.

Anyone know of someone selling a perspective mount that will work on the trolling motor similar to what Garmin is supposed to be eventually coming out with. Would want it to be able to switch from livescope forward looking to perspective position. Don't really care about looking down. Scott

I just installed my Summit Perspective Mount and haven't used it yet, but it is very well made. Really worth the money.

Used my panoptix in perspective mode this week on KY lake,

Good news, I could see all 8 jigs in front of the boat and all the fish swimming around them in 10' of water or less.

Bad News, 99% of the fish were Asian Carp.

If the "trash fish" didn't dominate the screen, this would be a really useful tool.

Took the perspective bracket off for now, not much use for here.
