Thread: 7 inch screen vs 9 inch

    It is a question we all have asked, the larger screen is the way to go. I like my 9" screens. Comtemplating up grading to Hummingbird mega 360 12" would be the way to go "but" the cost of the total upgrade gets a bit stiffling. Still thinking.

    I have a 7 and 2-9s. The 9 seems twice as big as the 7.

    Another way of looking at it is you have approx 23 sq inches of viewing area with the 7 and 39 sq inches with the 9.

    Well, the decision got a LOT easier when I found out today BPS has the GarminEchoPlus SV9 on sale for $600. For me it was a no brainer and I jumped all over that deal. Thanks for all the help guys!!
