Ultrex is same motor as Terrova except it has a foot pedal that is cable operated with electric assist. It has ipilot and all the stuff Terrova has. Foot pedal is really easy to use and great if you jig fish a lot. Only draw back is pedal can not be removed. You can run it with remote just like Terrova.
