Thread: Question about garmin qulity

I'm getting a live scope and I was wondering if it is worth getting a 10 inch unit? Also if I get an ultra how does it compare to the HB mega series? Is it worth the extra money,Thanks

I would say yes if you have bad eyes and need the larger unit. It also is better to use the Active Captain app to record images/video from the unit directly without having to take unsteady and blurry pics.
I have the 74SV and wish I had a larger screen but space on a kayak is limited and I am so close to my unit I can see clearly. If you sit back like on a boat the bigger screen is much better!
