9" is as small as I would go.

Unless I'm missing something, I would think that the 7616 would be a great matchup for LS. 16" M/L and resolution as good as the Ultras.

Which 12" unit would be better a GPSMAP 1222 or the Echomap Ultra 122?

My mistake, I thought this was a 7" unit not a 16" one.
I messed that up bad, lol.
From what I see this unit is Livescope compatible and would be an excellent choice.

Well, heck, so much for my input. I also thought we were talking about a 7” screen and I thought that was too small. Now a 16” screen is something else! Sorry for not looking closer.

Bigger is always better and I know Bama S goes first class or stays home!

I have HB units on my boat but would like to add Garmin Livescope. Can someone advise where to buy and who installs them. Thanks.
