Default Do I need a External GPS Heading Sensor

I have two questions. I have just installed a Helix 10 DI Gen 3 on my console and want to get the best performance from it I can. I also have a Helix 7 SI DI Gen3 on the front deck. I have them linked together with an Ethernet cable. Both units have 360 capabilities. I want to use the 360 transducer on each unit separately [using each unit by it's self as well as both at the same time]. The 360 transducer will be mounted on a Da Ducer and the Helix 7 transducer on the trolling motor. How do I run the DI transducer and the 360 transducer on the Helix 10 DI on the console. And one more question. On the Helix 7 DI/SI unit on the front how do I run both the DI/SI and the 360 transducer on it? Sorry for the long post, but I'm technically challenged.
I may be getting older but I refuse to grow up.

Each unit will still connect it's own xducer directly ...(so you won't change anything here) ...

360 is an Ethernet connection - each unit is an Ethernet connection = that's 3 Ethernet connections ... which will require the AS ETH 5XPG Ethernet hub ...

360 will come with an Ethernet cable that will connect direct to the AS ETH 5XPG ...

Then you will need an Ethernet cable for each head unit long enough to reach the AS ETH 5XPG ...(You already have 1 Ethernet cable connecting the 2 head units so you will need one more) ...

This Ethernet Setup will allow viewing 360 on either (or both) head units ... plus allow viewing either xducer's Sonar data on either (or both) units ...

If you're buying the original 360 it comes with a GPS with heading sensor, don't know about the new Mega 360. I think you must have a heading sensor to show waypoints on the 360 view.
