Thread: Pinpoint gps system kit

Has anyone ordered one of these from motorguide factory outlet store? I did and when it arrived it had obviously been opened. Not the shipping box but the box the kit came in. I contacted them and requested a RMA. They said they needed pics of the boxes and all contents. I said ok i will send them. I was told the processing team would check it out and contact me via email. No email next day. I called and was told it would be 24 to 48 hours before they checked it. Shipping from them on the original was free but slow. Not wanting to wait I ordered one from Amazon. Got it today. Faster than I could get an RMA from factory outlet. Sent them pics of unboxing the new one from Amazon. I guess time will tell. The first order never included instruction sheet or manual. Just curious if anyone else had got a run around?
