If you already have an external GPS antenna plugged into the Comm port of the display - you'll need to check for 12v power in the short pigtail at the connector end of the GPS antenna cable ...

Is there a plug that can be installed into the bundle block that plugs into the back of the display,then spliced into the heading sensor for it's power source on a Helix 10 chirp mega DI? It would be very easy to wire and would not require an off on switch.

Thanks Rickie, that space is empty. To make sure I understand, If I get the NMEA-Com plug and hook it to the heading sensor, red to red and black to black, and
cut off the other two wires I can use it for a power source. Is there any danger of noise to the display doing it this way?
