    Default 360 issues

I have Solix 15 at dash . Helix 12 at trolling motor Ethernet together. I added a 360 and installed it at Ethernet port but it will show good at Solix but at helix it will lose signal after 5 mins. On the phone with huminbird and they tell me that u can’t share images through the Ethernet.they advised me to unplug the helix from Ethernet and run 360 straight to helix. After doing that it runs fine on helix. However now the helix is disconnected from Ethernet I can’t share waypoints. Please advise?

SOLIX and HELIX can only share waypoints - nothing else ...

Your limited to connecting the 360 to one or the other - and it won't share ...

so even tho the 360 is plugged in the Ethernet box it can’t be viewed on both? Wayne p on bass boat central has the following three units sharing 360 through Ethernet.
Helix 12 CHIRP SI GPS, SOLIX 12 SI, ONIX 10 SI sharing the 360 via the Ethernet thing:

Here is how I have my setup. 360 is plugged into the number 5 plug in on Ethernet box. 7 MDI 3, 9 MSI 2, 10 MDI 2, each plugged into Ethernet box. All show 360 if I want to see it on each using the networking settings of each checkmarked to see the 360. I have no problems viewing 360 on each of the 3 if I want. Works great and I can view 360 on all 3 at the same time.

From what I get from reading Wayne’s posts on his 360, and I could be wrong as he changes things up all the time, he has his 360 plugged into one unit dedicated to 360 and to get his best pic that he shows all the time, he keeps everything else most of the time to keep any interference or minor crosstalk down to zero and most of the time doesn’t have his 360 networked. However, I could be wrong in this assumption.

Looks like my info may be inaccurate ...

Can you try the 360 connected to a different port on the AS ETH 5XPG ...??

i got up this morning since I was off and what do you know it’s working . Best I can figure I have a bad port in my Ethernet box. All I did after a conversation with Wayne p is to move the connections to a different port on Ethernet. Thanks to everyone on this forum for Input and special shot out to Wayne,Rickie. And FYI even according to huminbird site you can share 360 imaging between solix and helix. Below is literature from huminbird site.
When networked together via Ethernet, HELIX and SOLIX models will share:

    • Waypoints, Tracks & Routes
    • GPS signal (not mapping)
    • i-Pilot Link information and control
    • 360 Imaging
    • Humminbird CHIRP radar
    • Bluetooth Talon control**
    • NMEA 2000 network information

*Depending on technology built into each networked fish finder, some sonar images may not be shared if unable to be supported by your unit’s software. Ensure that you are running the latest software by finding updates here: https://www.humminbird.com/support/software-updates
See full compatibility of networking and sonar information here: https://www.humminbird.com/support/f...etSonarSharing
**If both HELIX and SOLIX are on the network and need control of Bluetooth TALONs then at least one SOLIX and one HELIX G2N/G3N must be paired to the Bluetooth TALON at the same time.
