Have you done a search on YouTube for Garmin livescope settings? Lots of great videos to learn from!

Yes, that is where I started. Thanks for the reply though.

I can tell fish sizes better with the blue at times, gets your heart thumping when you see a fish dot turn RED because it's a bigger fish than the other in the group.
I tried to change the color from amber to blue but my choices were daytime or nighttime. Could not find a selection for color. Will try to find this in the book.. thanks again.

Still looking and tried different screen settings again but only choice was day versus night. Any thoughts? Garmin 1022 xsv non touch screen.

I have the 93sv plus unit so it is proably different. When I turned my unit on I had to put it in sonar simulator in order to get to the right menu. I then was on the Livescope simulator page, pressed menu, sonar setup, appearance, and then color screen. From here I was able to change to about a dozen diffrent color schemes but I really prefer the amber and blue. Hope this helps.

From the Livescope screen. Menu, sonar setup, appearance, color scheme. This is on a 1222xsv non touch, should be identical to yours.

Well it took me long enough to realize I had to be on the screen I wanted to change, in this case, the LiveScope screen. I was looking for a selection that would affect a general configuration and not the specific configuration for the individual screen. Thanks all for taking the time to help me muddle through it.

Garmin is putting on seminars inside of West Marine Stores. I am going to my local one this Friday.
You may ask your local West Marine manager to contact Garmin to hold a seminar in your local store.
