    Default 360 not working

I have 2 gen 3 helix’s 9’s on the bow , new Ulterra with built in mega di a gen 2 helix 9 at the console 5 port Ethernet box If I connect the 360 directly to either gen3 up front it works if I go through the Ethernet box it connects the screen appears when I turn on the ping but no rotation. I have the units on 1 battery and the 360 and the box on another. Something strange is going on. All connections are soldered Wednesday it worked with 2 batteries Then I put it on 1 and it still worked. Last night I pulled the wires through the chase to make final connection using to batteries. Will not work with the Ethernet switch. WTH. Very frustrated. Everything is new but the box. And I can share way points etc with all units on the net but no 360. What am I missing. Why did it work before and not know. Yes the 360 is protected with a 1 amp fuse that has not blown. I called the service line they said on Wednesday that since it works directly to a unit it’s a power issue. So that’s when I brought in the 2nd battery. Thought I had it licked until last Night. HELP

    OT paid off big time.
Did you drop a wire when you pulled them thru?
    Did you break a joint?
Did you hook it up to power and turn the power on?

Yes Tim I’ve double triple checked the wiring. The connections Are solid the cables are good. Like I said the units all communicate with each other and the i-Pilot just the 360 will not show rotation on any screens through the box

Are you getting resistance/voltage through all of your power cables? Possible you pinched or broke a wire when rigging?

Sounds like you are getting readings, just not rotatioal readings. Almost sounds like there is a setting that needs changed?

Anyone have a diagram that would show the pins on the cables and readings I should get when testing them with a meter ?

Have you tried swapping the port the 360 is connected to on the 5 port switch? Seems like it has something to do with the Ethernet since it will work connected directly.
Maybe test it direct to a unit one more time without changing anything else.

Sounds like you have a completely new setup....is the 5 port switch new also?

Switch is 6 years old. Worked fine with i-Pilot 1199 and a 999
I’ve switched the cables around tried different ports same results. Think I’ll pull it all out and start over really fed up.
I’ve put several systems in over the years not just mine. This is just strange. Heck I may get home today and it’ll all work again

Is the 5 port switch the AS ETH 5 PXG part number? There was an older version of the switch that will work with some things and not other things.
