Thread: Best 360 electronics

Buying a HBIRD360 to fit on my front Minn kotta trolling motor and looking for a decently priced 10"+sized electronics that does the job without breaking the bank. Any suggestions?

You have 3 views you can use with the 360, full view of the 360 itself, 2d and 360 and then chart and 360. I think that is it. Not sure of DI without going out and looking on it. So I use a 10 MDI g2n but everybody will tell you bigger is better. I enjoy the 10:and set the 360 for front view where you have alittle more than 180 degree view and it just about all but fills the entire screen. I will run my chart and 2d off a helix Mega 7 DI g3n of which is also on the front. I do have a 9 MSI g2n mega on the bow, but leave it off when running the 360 so it doesn’t cross talk. I have everything networked so left the transducer on the 7 turned off and network it to read the 10’s transducer and temp also to not crosstalk with the 360. It is the easy way for me and works best for me. And if I want to look as SI. Thru the networking I can use the 360 to see SI and it’s not a bad pic even tho the 360 will transmit at 455 vs mega setting. If I want to turn off the 360, then use the 10 MDI will use settings off the 9 MSI networked from the console to give a super nice mega SI pic. Your options when networking gives you lots of options. Your options with the 360 is super also when using it. Get either a 10-12 or what ever you can afford.
