Would be some deep water or 360?

If you get around to trying that with crankbaits that would be interesting to see as well.

Ezgoing, just checking to see if you received your Garmin unit Monday and was it the correct unit. Mind came in Monday and it was the new unit with navionics down loaded and the gt52 transducer, what a surprise.

Yes, I received mine yesterday at 11:30 AM. Cabela's is a ethical and trustworthy company. I already have it installed in a mobile set up so I can use it on the docks and on my pontoon. I received the transducer with it. I did not know it was the touch screen model until I received it.

I am surprised they gave you the new unit since she told me they would not use the new units to fulfill the back orders.

Had Overton's told me I would receive the unit this week that long conversation with them would not have taken place. I would not have liked being placed on back order without being told but I would not have cancelled the order. What upset me was the customer service representative telling me that Overton's did not know when they would be able to fill the back order and I could either wait for the item to come in or I could get a refund of the order.

I'm glad you received your finder but as far I am concerned Overton's screwed me when they placed the item on back order and did not tell me it was on back order. Then they could not tell me when they would receive the fish finder to fill the back order. As far as I am concerned any company that places your order on back order and does not tell you, especially since they collect your money at the time of order, is unethical and not to be trusted. I have bought pontoon supplies and equipment in the past but I will never buy from them again.

I completely agree with you, and best of luck with your unit.
