    Default Humminbird network help

Ok, I bought a Terrova I-pilot link, with the MDI transducer, and I have a Helix SI G2N on the console. Now I need to get a Helix 7 DI G3N for the frt. I know I need to get the 5 port network box and all the cables. That's where my confusion starts....cables.
I know I need at least one (1) adapter cable to hook the MDI cable to the Helix 7. (I think so) What all other cables will I need?.....ethernet cable for each helix to network block?
Help please. Rickie? Thanks for any info.

Start with the box, I Link ethernet hooks to it.
Then you need an adaptor for the Helix 7 to use the MGI in the trolling motor, hooks directly to the 7.
Next you will need 2 ethernet cables with ethernet hook up adaptors for each unit coming off the 5 port box. I put my box close to my console unit so I did not have to buy 2 long ones, use the 2 foot for the console unit and then a long one for the up front unit.
    Hope this helps some.

Thank you John and Rickie. You two have made it so easy that a cave man could do it. I'll be back with more questions after I have it all hooked up! Lol
