Connect both leads. If you don't the charger is going to sense a bad battery on the lead not connected.
Can you use a 2 bank charger for just 1 battery. Seems I read you could, but do you connect both leads to the battery or just use 1 set? This is a load share charger so I'm thinking I want both leads connected.
Any help appreciated.

I have a dual pro 2 bank I use on my camper battery. I called and talked to one of their engineers and asked him this same question. He told me to tape off one set of leads and just attach one set. Now this is not a load sharing charger. Since yours is load sharing I’d assume it’s Bass Pro or pro mariner who makes the BPS chargers. I’d call them and talk to one of their engineers. Have talked to them before and they are very helpful. I want to agree with Bill that leaving one unhooked on that charger might be a problem with it sensing bad battery.

Thanks guys. I'm thinking the same thing, that is: I need to connect both sets of leads to the battery.
