    Default removing transducer bracket from transom


    I"m moving my helix5 di from the transom to trolling motor. I"ve got the transducer off the mounting bracket but i cant get to the screws under the bracket.I know the bracket locks in place but i cant figure out how to flip the bracket up without breaking it to get at the mounting screws.Hope I've explained it right any help will be greatly appreciated

    Here is the parts exploded view of the XNT plastic xducer mount ... It hinges at the bottom where the diagram indicates "plastic hinge" ....

    Take 2 small screwdrivers and insert between the 2 plastic halves where the diagram indicates "plastic ears"
