Livescope for sure, I’ve had 360 and got rid of it and got the garmin. 360 is nice for seeing brush but it really lacks seeing fish and detail. Livescope is insane technology and you can see exactly where your bait is on each rod

Here’s the other side of argument. I have never had to see my bait or watch where it is to catch fish and that seems to be the selling point for those that are excited about it when it comes to Live View. The 360 gives a picture of what is all around you and when you learn to see what it is showing you, you will also see the fish and the way they will move. Granted, it’s not perfect, but neither is Live View as you only see what your transducer is aimed at. I classify myself more of a structure fisherman and will see more with the 360. To me, the absolute perfection will be, when a manufacturer will create 360 in Live View and I really hope we will see that technology in the near future. What the cost will be is anybody’s guess.

360 shows all the way around the boat with no user input ...

Panoptix requires "aiming" at a target to see it ...

2 completely different technologies with 2 completely different functionalities ...

I realize this is an older post but I just had to comment. I totally agree with what everyone has said so far, especially about the two having 2 completely different functionalities.

With that being said, if I could go back and start over again I would only have 360 and livescope on my boat. I never even look at the SI or DI anymore, its 360 to locate structure and then livescope to make sure there are fish on that structure. The combination of the two has made a world of difference to me locating and catching fish. This is especially true in places I've never fished before. Since the 360 sees in front of the boat I'm able to mark and troll to it without dropping bouy's and turning around and hunting for brush piles and such. Then when on the structure it takes about 10 seconds to determine whether or not to drop a jig or move on to the nest spot.

Both systems are awesome at doing what they are designed to do and I would highly recomend both!

I will say though that they are especially proud of them but I should have mine paid for in about 27 years!
