    Default Garmin Striker 4 Plus

Wanted to replace the lorance hook 4 basic model sonar in my new tracker. I don’t want to spend a lot of money. The gps/sonar striker 4 plus looks like an inexpensive easy to use unit. What are you guys thoughts?
Thanks Lonnie84 thanked you for this post

Garmin's 4 plus is a good finder, if you're not in a big hurry you could wait for a deal and upgrade to a finder with clear vu. Excellent bang for buck with these Garmins.

I used a Striker 4 for more than a year and never had any trouble with it. Good little units.

Although I would suggest upgrading to the 5 series. Things get a little crowded when trying to run split screen on a 4". You can get refurb 5DV units on Ebay for 200 bucks.
