MinnKota 330 D keeps two group 31s and 1 group 27 going. Just replaced my batterys this summer all were 7 years old....they were still good and am using two of them on other stuff now. When this charger quits working it will be replaced with another MinnKota. I keep charger plugged up 24/7 only time its unplugged is when I am fishing. I have used other brands thru the years but this is the best one I have ever had.

Most of the XPS chargers from BPS have pretty lousy reviews. Same for the Dualpro chargers from Academy.

I run two batteries, but only one needs regular charging. I fish often enough that the starting battery seems to stay charged from the outboard. I have been using a Dewalt 4 amp charger/maintainer, but it seems to be dead after 6 months. Since then I've just been using a Schumaker trickle charger, but it takes forever to charge a group 29 battery at only 750ma.
Hate to hear they have bad reviews. My 2002 Tracker came with a 2 bank BPS 10A charger and it is still going strong today. Stays plugged in 24/7. When I sold it I bought the same BPS model and put on new boat. No issues in 3 years.

I don't get out as much as a lot of others, but I also have a Pro Mariner only mine is the Pro Mite 5.5.3 model. Been on my boat for about 5 years and still going !

I have a BPS XPS charger (made by Pro Mariner). I've had it since June 2011. I've never had a bit of trouble from it. Unless boat is in the water it stays plugged in.
I have 3 other friends who own them and they've had good luck with them also.

Ended up getting a Promariner Gen 3 8 amp 2 bank for a decent price.

Not a 10 amp like I would prefer but it can funnel all 8 amps to the more discharged battery, instead of being only 4 amps per bank.
