Why can't I connect to my phone? Tried over and over. Phone will notice the device using Bluetooth but refuses to connect. Any thought?

I had the same problem. I had the wrong app installed. In my case I have an Ulterra with I pilot link, I had downloaded the non-link i pilot app. I removed that one and downloaded the i pilot LINK app, held the pair button on the motor while searching and viola 4 beeps later all connected.

What Rog said. Change the app and try again. You may have to “forget device” and pair again after downloading the correct app.
