    Is it possible to link a Humminbird 999 di si to a Helix 7 di thru an Ethernet cable?

    If the 7 is a gen 2 yes, if not then no

    Let me add a small tidbit to Rees' info above ...

    HELIX 7 second generation comes in 2 separate models ...

    *HELIX 7 G2 units are not network-able ...
    *HELIX 7 G2N units are network-able ...

    None of the HELIX 7 generation 1 units are network-able (also as Rees mentioned above) ...
