Have a buddy who has a helix 9 di and a si. We uploaded the si latest update with no issues...but for some reason cannot get his di to read the cards have actually tried two different sd cards and it won't read either one. Was wondering if anyone else has heard of this problem?..thanks for any help ...

Each model requires a specific download in which only that specific model will recognize as a viable software version ...

Was each model's software (SI vs DI) downloaded onto SD cards ...??

Insert a blank SD card and try to capture a ScreenShot to verify if the card reader in the unit is functioning ...
