Default Minn Kota 4 bank charger issue

Need some help. It will only charge #1 and #4. 2&3 will not get off 25% light.
Batteries are brand new... all fuses good, connections good, no fault light.. just not charging batteries. Wondering if somehow I changed battery selection?? Not real sure how to change it back

New batteries aren’t always new. Change leads to 1 and 4. If don’t charge take them back.

Dee do like Llokley said. Take leads from 1-4 and put on battery 2-3 then take leads from 2-3 and put on 1-4. Let this charge for a bit and see what happens. Also in the process double check the fuses in the leads from charger. Just went through this with another fellow and for some reason they had to be in right sequence but then everything was good. For sure check your leads for one that says cranking and make sure it's on right battery.

I’m so confused with this. I put a multi meter on the charger leads. No voltage reading on any of them?? I tested them while hooked to the battery thinking maybe it needed to “see” an actual charge so to speak. Showed 15 amps going into all batteries except the bank in question when plugged in... drops to read battery voltage when unplugged.
Then I put a single 8 amp charge on the battery that was not being charged.
After it got charged then the charger was hooked back up to all batteries and then it cycled and showed 25%,50%,75%,100%.

I went ahead and ordered my a new one..
contacted minnkota and was gonna ship it to them to repair, but they told me they were not repairable?? Kinda hurt my feelings that a charger that cost as much as they do and quits working 6 months after it’s 3 year warranty expired.
Had I known they were “disposable” I would have ordered a different brand

I don't know of any that are repairable internally.
