Plug in your zlc. When you power your unit it should ask to save to it. On your Humminbird helix go into autochart live section and turn on record. Ride around and map. Stop recording. It will automatically record to it.

If you already have some recorded then just plug the card in and it will ask if you want to save to the card.

Is your HB unit AutoChart Live capable ...??

If yes ... Lloakley answered better than I could have ...and definitely with fewer words than I could have said it (I get windy sometimes )
