Little more info. Got home and called customer support. Finally got to the point of telling me to send everything in. Got off the phone and filled my ice chest with water and dropped the ducer in. Fire it up, and it works! Glitch? Bad connection? Guess I'll take it out tomorrow and see how it does. Any ideas?

Is there more than one ducer connection? Would think if not then a bad connection would also affect the 2d as well. But IDK

Try Restore Defaults under the Setup tab ...

Only one transducer and not networked. Done the restore to defaults and all that good stuff as well. The only thing was a few drops of water from the fish but I would think is sealed tighter than that. Maybe just a glitch. I'll go try it tomorrow. If it happens again, I'll send it off.

Brought it back out today for about 2.5 hours. Worked perfect. Only difference is I put dielectric grease on plugs.

Well, an afternoon trip and the issue is back. Guess I'll be sending it in.

Do they furnish a shipping label? Lady I spoke to just gave me a reference number and told me to send it in.

You may want to check your battery, these units are very sensitive to low voltage. Hope you get your issues fixed quickly.
