    Default Help!!!!

i have an Lowrance Elite 7 chirp on the front of my boat e/w gps so a Garmin Striker added would do the job . Several companies have the old Striker SV models on sale . I have researched and it seems that there is only a small difference in them and the new "plus" series. Lowrance has the new Hook 2 7x Tripple Shot models for the same price. Would one be better than the other? Anyone with any thoughts, feel free to comment, as the knowledge on this forum is heads and shoulders above the rest........Thanks for any comments. I don't want to over look any thing if at all possible......crappie1133

Quickdraw is the only mapping for the Striker units ...if that's important to you ...

The strikers have a basemap, with gps. Striker plus units have quickdraw capabilities (can record up to 2 million acres). You might also look at the echomap lineup. Here's an option -
