Lakemaster charts on computer?
I’m going to try to learn a little bit more about my home lake this year which will mean studying maps, depths, contours, structure, etc. That being said, I’m planning on upgrading my FF to a Helix 7 with SI/GPS/etc. I’ll also be buying the lakemaster map to use on it. One question I have is, how can I go out on the lake, mark waypoints and spots and all that and then come home and view all that on my home computer to zoom, analyze, study, etc. Is there a computer program I can do that with? If so, how much does it cost and where can I purchase? thanks in advance!

Maybe easier to bring unit and battery in the house. I asked Lowrance factory rep last week and he said no. I asked about my navionics card in my PC.

With Navonics check what card will work with the Bird,,, The new Platinum will not work in my sonar, I have to use The Premium card. Both give the 1 Foot lines. There was just last week on the Louisiana Forum ,,, Others said the lakemaster card does not give Contours,, Just the shape of the Lake

Thanks for responses. I think I’ll just bring the unit in the house until I can afford the contour elite software. Not a necessity but sure would be convenient to view lake maps in a big 24” monitor
