You might be able to wire in a livewell/aerator timer. Academy sells a cheap model for $32 here's a pic. The diagram comes from the web but, instructions similar to this should come with the timer.
My minnow bubbler plugs into a cigarette lighter on my boat. I hate the dang noise so would like to find some kind of timer that I can plug into the cigarette lighter, set it for whatever interval it supports, then plug my aerator into that.
Or something like that. Go

Ok, modified diagram a little hope it helps; I have a 12V dual output power bubble plugged into my accessory outlet also. This might just work!

I agree.
Saw this post while I was out to dinner and have the same recommendation. Power leads that normally go to the aerator pump, go to the 12v accessory outlet.
I don't use a bubble type aerator. I use a Mino-Mizer, cools the water and aerates at the same time. That is when I don't use my bait-well.
