Thread: HB 899 worth.?

OK. Looks like no one else wants to answer this question so I will give you some numbers. Hope it gives you an idea and does not hurt your feelings as I know back when you bought it, it was probably over $1000.00. As you know the core units are or will be discontinued (obsolete) what ever pretty soon as the Helix models are taking there place. So I will say in good shape with low hours and with good transducer and everything needed to hook it up. Some were around $450.00 give or take $50.00 so if I was going to sell this unit I would start it out at $500.00 and see if it would sell then after a while drop the price or just do what I do and keep it in case you need it later. And no I don't need one as I already have one and it is a very good unit in my opinion. Well now that's my 2 cents worth and it didn't cost you nothing.

I agree with Scrat. They have deeply discounted as new in a lot of places. Have seen them for 700,-800 in a lot of adds in the recent past. And like Scrat said you don't want to hear this but I have seen low hour units sell for 350-400. If you can afford to I might just keep it and run it just for the chart while using the other unit fo Di/Si.
