Hummingbird is fixing to introduce a new model called Helix, for the money I think it will be a game changer.

Those look pretty decent. Any new word on them, with the release date approaching? Anyone put their hands on one yet and feel it out?

Check out Garmin's. They just had a big price drop. Pretty sure you can get a 7" screen Garmin 2D sonar with US inland lake mapping for $500. The model would be an Echomap 70S. Check with BBG a board sponsor. contact him direct and tell him you are a crappie.com member for the best price.

It looks like the middle to end of December if Humminbird ships on time. The Helix 5 has certainly drawn a lot of attention.

You are correct sir. Garmin has dropped prices and right now they have some great deals.

So many choices out there right now in the $400-$800 price range !!!

If anyone would like a price quote or you just have questions about electronics, just give me a call !
