Thread: trolling to fast

I know there was a thread about this recently, but I don't remember which forum it was in. I know they found something maybe on e bay.

Minnkota used to make an add on infinite adjustment rheostat but they discontinued it. You can sometimes find them on ebay or amazon. Minnkota's was digital so it did not heat up like a straight resistance rheostat will. I had one of the resistance types on a boat and it got so hot you could not touch it. I had to use sparingly to avoid meleting the switch.

it's called a "Maximizer" and sometimes you can find them on E-Bay or even BBC.
