is any one fishing for white pearch or crappie

I used to fish for white bass in the spring and walleye in the fall/winter (trolling) before I sold the cabin I had up there on the Linville river. White perch was a by catch, but at times we caught alot of them! I have friends that still longline the upper part of the catawba in the spring for crappies and at times they do really well. Is there any specific info you need? I've spent quite a few days up there....
