    Hello all is there a quick way to strip the skirt after dipping plastic with sixteen penny nail

    I use Pam also you could use warm oil put a little bit on the nails before you dip them do not overdo it with the oil lightly.

    Lure craft Has a cutter for making tails I believe there are seven razor blades and you just take it and press down on the tail and you will have a perfect skirt I have one it works beautiful

    Yep i have my own beefed up version of their stand & it works great to slice any soft platic lure. I've done halves of senkos to give a ned rig a different look, worms & of course i use the heck out of it when i make tubes.
