Still using a candle flame to attach parts of different soft plastic lures together. Testing has been positive - 178 fish caught in three outings since last Month.

Hey my friend. I still want to see a photo of that first minnow that you cut out and then repeatedly dipped to make it.

Mike, I would have replied sooner but my hard drive had to be replaced and I had no computer for more than 2 days waiting for data transfer.

Plastic film is on the right with plastic poured across part of it at an angle - twice. A glossy floor tile did the trick to be able to cut the shape cut from film on the right with the box cutter blade:

The thicker area (body) was dipped into a Pyrex beaker holding the 280 degree (or a bit cooler) melted plastic with a bit of cooling time between dips.

Final shape after dipping a few times:

These will always be in my tackle box and in different sizes.

    Any time.

Did I mention that the film used the first time was the thin film I noticed stuck on the tablespoon used to stir the hot plastic? The rest - cutting and dipping = spoon minnow.

BTW: I use the process to create this 2" mini-stick:

Wacky rigged or rigged from either end, it is also proved to be a fish catcher that lead to melting two grub bodies together:
