    Default Baby Perch imitations

Tried to imitate some baby perch. Used bait plastic #212 as the base plastic. Added Bait plastic #PP 400 Florescent Green for coloring and finished with black and pumpkin orange worm 'n' chunk paint. The eyes were done with a small drill bit and the lines were done by a needle. These are 1.25 inches and are made to catch Bluegill and Crappie.

They look fantastic good job. The 212 plastic it’s fantastic we’ve gone through about 75 gallons this past year love that stuff.
The longer you let that baits set the tougher it gets it takes a couple of days for it to clear out or longer. The plastic is available through bait plastics.

Thank you my friend for your encouragement. I am 75 now and I no longer sell lures. I stopped active selling two years ago. I am more into teaching what little I know so that others can replicate and duplicate some ideas. You can make these as I have done. You can PM me your email address and I will email you instruction videos and places to get your supplies. It is more fun anyway when you can do it yourself. These are not that hard to make. It requires "Want to, dedication, patience, desire and perseverance." Those are priceless to learn.

Mike on your fluorescent green from bait plastic it looks more like lime green to me it must be a lighter concentration on the formula of the colorBecause most of the stuff that I buy in Florissant is darker in the green so I guess I’ll have to get a bottle and try it out but what I was wondering is does it always come out the same color after you mix it in plastic sometimes you could add more color to make it darker hope that does not confuse my question.
