Default VIDEO How to make glow in the dark lures

I have been experimenting on making glow in the dark lures for almost a dozen years now. I found a pretty good video on you tube and tried the techniques that were on the video. I thought I would share some results, the video, and a source on lurecraft where you can get some PHOSPHORESCENT glow pigment.

    My photos from my trials

    Here is the other

Here is a hint from me. I got a much brighter glow my mixing double PHOSPHORESCENT glow pigment. in my lures and "Charging" them in sunlight. Anyway, have fun. If you like the idea then post on this thread. If you DO NOT like the idea, then post that on this thread also. Either way, you cannot say that I did not try to educate someone as to what I was experimenting with. This IS NOT the secret that Skiptomylu shared with me twelve or more years ago. His glow lures REALLY POP and I promised I would never share his secret recipe. What Skiptomylu did was to start me to experiment on my own and I have never forgot his inspiration. Hopefully this thread might inspire someone else to experiment in glow in the dark lures.

    Bob,

This was the final test I did in the test tank. The first picture is the tank with the lights on and the second photo shows how they look and act under water with the lights off.

Mike I've been doing glow-in-the-dark also but I also dipped them in clear UV.
