Default How to do Core shot.

Doing A core shot is very time consuming I will give you step-by-step instructions in the pictures below we were using brazing rods cut to the right length for the cavities this method may not work for all molds and of course the brazing rods may be thicker one way or the other depending on the mold that you use after they are cut to length and you get the right size before you place them in the mold you're wanting to oil them so the bodies will slip off the mold that you will see in the pictures is a custom-made one of a kind it is the most expensive mold I ever bought it can't be duplicated.

That is awesome my friend. Your work is awe inspiring. You are a teacher and a blessing to all who read AND APPRECIATE your posts. Whenever you have time shoot me a PM on where I can get my hands on about three of those pins. Is it possible to just find a small metal drinking straw and just hacksaw it to length?

Mike you can go and use all metal coat hanger’s to also but you have to cut them to fit your mold the stuff that I used is brazing rods and I use a pair of bolt cutters to cut them to length. If you were wanting a couple of rods to cut up let me know and I will send you some

I would appreciate one or two. Thanks. It might be good to experiment with. I painted 70 two tone eye balls on jigs today using the fingernail polish and drill bits method I texted you. I topped it off with some clear and they are awesome.
