    Default Something new.

Well just recently got back into shooting soft plastics, after not finding what I wanted in curly tail grubs. First time using a dual injector, must say it’s pretty slick.

Was going for a Cajun Cricket variant.

Excellent color combo! Wish I had the patience to pour laminates. The paddle tail grub is a phenomenal design! Believe me!
The curl tail will be superb when use with the over head spinner (Beetle i.e) or by itself.

Nice going. Go catch a bunch!

Laminate is pretty easy when using twin injector, I agree hand pouring laminates is a pain.
Curly tails are my go to lure, has been since I was a kid. I use them on a spinner as well and it’s a killer combo.

Might have to get a twin injector. The only laminate I can create is using Color-Rite or Spike-It dye applied with a pipe cleaner.

That color looks like a Texas Toast slab bandit. They're real popular in TX.

Had to look up Texas toast slab bandit, yep pretty close. Lol.

Shot curly tails this morning trying to copy Bobby Garland’s Glitter Critter. I feel it’s pretty darn close. The belly on the Baby Shad is a bit more silver.

Very professionally made looking lures. The spike tail is another design I wouldn't be without in my boat. It even works under a float with the right jig weight and hook size!
