What I have posted Pictures of is all I got done today Bob...I haven't tried nor used the others...Yet. It just got too blamed hot in the shed. No A/C out there, just a couple fans moving the smoke from the plastic out the door...

We have a sticky at the top of the page for storing or archiving color recipes.
I have spent most my life fishing........the rest I wasted.

Eric have you tried Bait plastic yet this year I've used over 55 gallons of the plastic so far there isn't really any odor to it and very little smoke.
asked him for a sample tell him that I sent you.

Thank you Bob, I will do that. No I haven't tried them. As a matter of fact the plastic I'm using I actually bought last summer and it's been in my shed since. I was hoping to have started this last year, but life got in the way and just now getting started. I will get a hold of Bait Plastics for sure...

Well everyone, I got out for a little bit this morning...a couple minutes after sun-up till about 8:00am and after about 30 minutes of a couple strikes and no hook-set, I decided to follow some of SK's advice and down size. So i cut about a 1/2 inch off the head end. Now I was using a 1/32 oz with a #6 sickle...Things changed on the first cast. I caught 12 crappie in the next hour...I tried both the Smoke and the smoke green apple with success...unfortunately I did not get to try the straight green apple before I had to leave to take momma for an appt. all in all I think the will work.
