Wife has been sick. I did not get to go out last week. Still hopeful that soon I will see some water. I had a drem last night that I caught a 6.5 lb crappie.

Nice contrasts - should provoke some big bites even in cloudy water !

Sharpie ink won't fade or bleed ?

I tested it in the aquarium. It held up over 25 hours. That was just one bait. To me that means they will hold up on a days outing. Use the expensive fine tip sharpie. In my dream the 6.5 pound crappie was caught on my liberated perch lure.

Sorry to here the wife is sick. I hope she has a speedy recovery. 6.5 pound would put you in it for the world record. That would be a beast of a crappie

    Sure it wasn't a sunfish?

Thanks for the info and I too sincerely hope your lady is fit and healthy in no time.

By Golly a 6.5 pound sunfish would be a blast to catch too but it was a Crappie. In my dream I asked her and she flirted with me and said she was an all natural girl crappie with no silicone injections.
